Payment Method
30% at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is payable on the rental start date
Guarantee
On the day of delivery, a payment of $1.500.000 CLP must be deposited, which can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The refund, in the event of returning the camper and truck in the same condition as received, will be processed within 48 hours after the RV is returned.
What is the minimum number of rental nights?
7 days / 6 nights
What to do if you require additional services for your trip?
Please let us know in advance, and we’d be delighted to assist with the necessary coordination and logistics. For tailor-made trips, we will connect you with our partners at @chileparquepais, who can arrange the bespoke journey you require with luxury and attention to detail!
Cancellations to booking
If you choose to cancel your reservation before 30 days from the travel start date, 85% of the paid amount will be refunded. If you decide to cancel your trip after those 30 days, no refund will be issued.
Schedules and considerations for Pick up and Drop off
Pickup:
Hours 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Each delivery includes camper use training of approximately 30 minutes.
Special pickup times must be requested directly with the Camperworld team, who must confirm the possibility of deliveries outside established hours.
Dropoff:
Hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the day the contract ends. Consider a time of 15 minutes for delivery and vehicle inspection.
After 4:00 p.m., the equivalent of one day’s rent will be charged.
Driver's license required?
No special license is required to drive, you just have to be 25 years old.
